These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Droppex and the Client specified in the shipping agreement or registration form.
I. Pricing & Financial Terms
- Scope & Currency: All prices listed on the price simulation page are in Tunisian Dinars (TND) and are valid across all regions of Tunisia.
- Service: National Express Delivery.
- Taxes & Payment Fees: All invoices are subject to a mandatory 7% VAT. A fixed additional fee of 2 TND (excl. tax) applies for payments made via cash or bank transfer.
- Package Specifications: Applicable rates apply to all packages (Objects, Documents, and Non-Documents) with dimensions not exceeding 50 x 50 x 50 cm.
- Non-Transferability: Standard rates apply exclusively to the Client named in the agreement. All rights under this agreement are non-transferable.
II. Duration & Termination
- Term: Once signed or accepted, this Agreement remains valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of signature. It will automatically renew for successive equivalent terms.
- Termination Notice: Either party may terminate this agreement by providing a 30-day prior written notice to the other party.
- Effective Date: Applicable rates become effective on the date of acceptance/signature of this Agreement by the Client.
III. Execution Terms & Liability
Legal Obligation & National Guard Compliance:
For every shipment delivered within Tunisian territory, the Client imperatively agrees to place inside each package a copy of their National Identity Card (CIN) OR an original invoice / delivery note (Bon de livraison) featuring the company tax ID (Matricule Fiscal), company stamp, and the complete name and address of the recipient.
In case of non-compliance and inspection by the National Guard (Garde Nationale), Droppex shall not be held liable for any official violation report (PV) issued. The cost of the PV will automatically be invoiced to the Client along with a copy of the report.
- Insurance & Loss Compensation: Droppex provides insurance coverage for the declared shipment value in the event of package loss, as confirmed by the company. Droppex commits to reimbursing package values up to a maximum cap of 500 TND, provided the package was properly packed according to standards. Reimbursements are issued exclusively in the form of a shipping voucher pack.
- Content Responsibility: Droppex assumes no obligation or liability regarding the actual contents of packages. Full legal and physical responsibility for package contents rests solely with the sender.
